To check the status of your order, log in with your username and password, go to the "Orders" section and click on the order number you want to verify.
In the "Shipping Details" section there is the tracking number to follow the package directly from the courier’s website.
How are deliveries made?
All deliveries are made by express courier.

What is the estimated delivery time?
To estimate the delivery date it is necessary to take into account the preparation time of the parcel (up to 24h) and the delivery time from when it is picked up by the courier. The courier delivery time is indicated at check-out and is normally 1-2 days for Italy and 2-4 days for other countries.

What does the product warranty cover?
The guarantee covers material or manufacturing defects; it does not cover parts of the product subject to normal wear and tear. The warranty is void if the product is damaged, misused or not maintained according to any instructions for use, care and storage.

What do I have to do to activate the guarantee?
The guarantee is valid from the purchase of the product and does not have to be activated.
