Returns
If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person purchasing goods for purposes other than his or her professional activity), he or she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty.
In order to exercise this right, the Customer must send a communication to FITT within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be made by e-mail (customercare@fitt.com) or by filling in the form in the Contact section, indicating Return in the drop-down menu.
Upon receipt of the aforementioned withdrawal notice, FITT’s Customer Service will promptly provide instructions on how to return the products. The products must be returned to the following address:

without delay and in any case within 14 days of the return authorisation.
The costs for returning the products will be borne by the Customer.
IMPORTANT: no returns will be accepted without a return authorisation.
However, the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- the right of withdrawal applies to the entirety of the purchase products; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for only part of the purchased products (e.g. accessories, etc.);
- the purchased products must be returned intact and in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including the packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, etc...). In order to limit the damage to the original packaging, we recommend that the whole package is packed inside a box, to which the Customer must attach the label provided by FITT with the RMA number. In the box, the Customer must also include the packing slip received with the product and indicating the order number. In alternative, the Customer may choose a courier service of their choice, provided that the shipment can be tracked. No labels or tape may be attached to the original product packaging and the Customer will be fully responsible for the shipment until the goods reach our warehouse;
- in the event of damage to the goods during transport, FITT will inform the Customer as soon as possible after receiving them in its warehouses, in order to allow the Customer to file a complaint with the carrier of its choice in due time and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, at the same time cancelling the cancellation request; FITT shall not be liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of the goods returned with uninsured shipments;
FITT S.p.A. will reimburse the Customer, within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice, the full amount already paid, minus the shipping costs if the return was not arranged directly by the Customer, using the same means of payment used by the Customer at the time of purchase. FITT may suspend the refund until it has received the products or until the Customer has provided proof that the products have been returned.
